Privacy notice — how we use your details
When you send us an enquiry through this website, you give us a few details so we can get back to you. This page explains what we collect, why, where it goes, how long it is kept and what your rights are.

What our forms collect
Our enquiry forms ask for:
- your name
- your phone number
- your town, area or postcode
- what you have noticed, and any message you choose to add.
Some forms ask for a little more. The quick quote on our home page also asks for your email address (optional) and a few answers about the problem and the room. The commercial enquiry form also asks for your email address, your company or organisation, your role and how many properties are involved. Each enquiry also records which page of the website it was sent from.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free survey and give you a quote. If you then book work with us, we use them to arrange and carry out the work. We use your details because you asked us to contact you, and because we need them to take the steps you asked for before any agreement for work. We use them only for these purposes, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone else for their own use.
Where your details go
This website is built and run for us by PagePitch. When you press send, your enquiry goes to PagePitch’s form handler, which emails it to our inbox. The form handler also keeps a copy of the enquiry in a secure database, so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. The website and the form handler are hosted by Cloudflare, and the emails are sent through Zoho ZeptoMail. These companies handle your details on our behalf and may not use them for anything else.
How long it is kept
The copy held by the form handler is deleted automatically after 12 months. In our own inbox and records, we keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work you book with us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us:
- for a copy of the details we hold about you
- to correct details that are wrong or incomplete
- to delete your details
- to stop or limit how we use your details
- to send your details to you, or to someone else, in a format that can be read by a computer.
Contact us using the details above. There is no charge, and we will reply within one month.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have used your details, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.
