Built for managed property, not just one-off jobs
Damp in a let property is a different problem to damp in an owner-occupied home. There are residents to work around, records to keep and obligations to meet. Everything below is set up with that in mind.
Priority Damp & Mould Inspections
Fast-turnaround inspections when a resident reports damp or mould. We identify what is actually causing it — rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation or a defect — rather than treating the stain and leaving the cause. You get clear photographic findings you can pass straight to residents, insurers or your compliance team.
Photographic Reports & Remedial Works
Written findings with dated photographs, and the remedial works to put it right — chemical DPC injection, meshed damp proof membranes, cellar and below-ground waterproofing, re-plastering and mould treatment. The same record covers both what we found and what we did about it.
Planned Multi-Property Programmes
We're equipped for planned programmes across multiple properties — HMOs, blocks and scattered stock — with consistent standards, consistent reporting and a schedule that works around tenancies and void periods rather than fighting them.
Fixed-Price Quotes for Agents & Landlords
Straightforward fixed-price quotes for a single property or a whole block, from a free no-obligation survey. If a property doesn't need the work, we'll tell you that too — we'd rather keep the relationship than sell you a job.
Damp works across HMO properties for a housing company
Photographed at every stage, from the first injection to the finished wall.
Treated at the source, replastered, and recorded
Contaminated plaster was taken back to sound brickwork, a chemical damp proof course injected at the source, a meshed membrane fixed across the treated walls and the whole lot replastered — with the work photographed at every stage so there is a clear record for the provider's files.

Supporting your damp and mould obligations
Awaab's Law sets requirements for social landlords in England to investigate and remedy reported damp and mould within set timescales. Whatever your obligations as a provider, the practical need is the same: get someone competent out quickly, find the real cause, fix it properly, and be able to show what was done and when.
Our work is intended to support housing providers in meeting their damp and mould obligations — including under Awaab's Law, where applicable. It does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of legal compliance; responsibility for compliance remains with the housing provider. If you need certainty about how the requirements apply to your stock, take your own legal advice.
From first report to signed-off records
The same four steps whether it's one flat or a programme across a block.
Survey & written findings
We attend, inspect and diagnose the cause, then send written findings with dated photographs — something you can forward to a resident or put straight in the property file.
Fixed-price quote
A clear, fixed price per property, or costed across a block or programme. Free, no obligation, and no pressure if the answer is that the work isn't needed.
Planned works around tenants
Scheduled around tenancies and voids. Clean, tidy, dust-sheeted, and respectful of people living in the property while we're in it.
Sign-off & guarantee
Completion photographs and written guarantee paperwork for the treated areas, so the record of what was done is closed out properly.
Guarantee
Protected for 30 years. Guaranteed.
Every damp proofing treatment we carry out is covered by a written 30-year guarantee on treated areas, using professional, manufacturer-approved damp-proofing systems.
