How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one working day. We are contactable 7 days a week between 6am and 10pm, so a call or WhatsApp message usually gets a faster answer than the form if you need us urgently.
Does the survey cost anything?
No. Surveys and quotes are free and come with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the work.
Do you charge to travel to my town?
We cover Dewsbury, Wakefield, Morley, Heckmondwike, Batley, Ossett, Horbury, Stanley, Outwood, Ravensthorpe, Hanging Heaton, Barnsley and Leeds as standard. If you are just outside that, ask and we will tell you straight away.
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
Whatever you have noticed: where the damp or mould is, how long it has been there, whether it changes with the weather, and roughly how big the area is. A photo sent over WhatsApp helps too.
Can you work around my job or my tenants?
Yes. We arrange the survey at a time that suits you, and on bigger jobs we can work through rooms one at a time. For rented properties we work around tenancies and let you keep a written, photographed record.
